Privacy policy

This policy explains what In House Proposals, operated by Supernova Software Inc., collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, organization, organization type (if given), the RFP you upload or link, its due date, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Checklist requests: your first name, email and organization type.
• How you found us: campaign tags in the link you arrived on (such as utm_source) and ad click identifiers, sent along with any form you submit.
• Site analytics: if enabled, the Meta pixel and Google tag record page views and form submissions using cookies or similar technology.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare your quote, send the checklist and the follow-up emails that go with it, run any engagement you sign up for, and understand which of our ads and pages are working. We do not sell your information.

Uploaded files

RFPs and other files you upload go to private storage, not to email attachments, and are accessed only by our team. We delete them automatically 90 days after you send them, or sooner if you ask.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run parts of the service for us (form handling and file storage, email, scheduling, payments, analytics), and the writers working on your engagement. Each receives only what it needs for that job.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, at hello@inhouseproposals.com.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
