Terms of service
These terms cover In House Proposals, operated by Supernova Software Inc. ("we," "us"). Each paid engagement is also governed by a signed engagement agreement. Where the two differ, the engagement agreement controls.
Free quotes
Quotes are free and based on the documents you send. Any view we share on whether an RFP is worth pursuing is our opinion, not a promise about the outcome. Sending us an RFP does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.
Prices and payment
- Prices are the flat amounts published on our prices page at the time you sign.
- 50% is due to start the engagement and 50% at draft delivery.
- Final files are released once payment is complete.
- Add-ons, including rush work, are priced as published and agreed in writing before work begins.
Our deadline promise
We deliver your submission-ready package five business days before the due date, as long as your inputs arrive on the dates we set together at kickoff. If we miss our delivery date, 25% of the fee comes back to you. If inputs arrive late, our delivery date moves day for day.
No win guarantee
Award decisions are made by funders and agencies, not by us. We do not promise that any proposal will be funded or selected. What we commit to is a complete, compliant package delivered on the agreed date.
No contingency fees
We never charge a percentage of an award or a fee that depends on winning. You pay the flat price whether or not the bid succeeds.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and numbers you provide, for reviewing and approving drafts, for signatures, and for submission unless you have bought the portal submission add-on.
Confidentiality
We treat RFPs, drafts, financials and everything else you share with us as confidential. We use them only to prepare your proposals and maintain your content library, and share them only with the writers working on your engagement, who are bound by the same obligations.
Uploaded files
Files you upload through this site are stored privately and accessed only by our team for the purpose you sent them. See the privacy policy for how long we keep them and how to ask us to delete them.
Ownership
Once paid for, the proposals we write for you and your content library are yours to use. We may keep internal copies to support future engagements with you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
